Video Proof: The Xbox 360 Zephyr

Apparently these guys have video proof of Microsoft's new project. I won't belive it until it comes from Microsofts mouth or OXM tests it out. Why would these guys have a box if MS is keeping it under raps?

...ok. That cable shown on the video clip looks like a DVI cable to me. That's okay, because I'd be able to use that Xbox 360 Zephyr on my PC monitor (as I have no TV). That is, if the console actually does come out...

The question is "Is the thing real" im doubting it because Microsoft said they won't do major hardware revesion such has this to stop confusion and stuff *(they said this when the old rumors came up). And why would a bunch of people who no one knows about end up getting one when OXM or other places don't?
