Looking for an Development crew for a game (metal slug like)

It's the year 2076. Earth has banned all poor to the colonies in space so they could labor there. One day a man formed a rebellion (Red Star Armies) and vaguished the Earth Military who where stationed at the colonies. Earth lost it contact's with the colonies. They found out that the Red Star Army where planning to Attack earth. The E.D.F (Earth Defense Force) where preparing it's man for the Attack. Meet the ?-Squad (don't have a name for it yet):

I have 5 lvl's in mind.

-Happy Land *Commander NIkita will transport you to this world after you defeat her the first time*
-Escape form the colonies

*and a Extra level wich you play as a shmup, Youre plaing as a dropship Shooting on enemy Ship's, this level will start right after the first mission (EDF Base)*

Gameplay

This game will play like metal slug (running shooting jumping vehicles), the new thing's that i would like to install are Special's. Each Character has one they do the same amount of damage but has an different animation. I also would like to install a 4 player Mode (if possible) it was done in the arcade version of Sunset Riders. I'm also thinking of deathmatch level's, like in Alien Hominid. I was also thinking of extra's just like in Metal Slug Advance.


Remember it's not completely finished (story, characters and description's).
