Wii/Mii Friends help

How do you get people to be able to send you mail or something? And how do you get other peoples Mii's on your Wii. My Mii's are getting lonely walking around by themselves

You both need to be wii friends and turn travel and wiiconnect24 on.
then when you go to mii parade, you should see their mii's and you can bring it to your mii's.

ok i have all of that except for wii friends. if you have a wii and a mii, can i have your code to add u to a friend. and how do u add friends?
