    Default DS Overclock mod

    Heres a link to a overclocking mod for the DS it requires soldering so its not recomended for everyone and theres a possability of it breaking your DS.

    i seen this a long while back.
    but what would the point be in overclocking the DS?

    probalbly, because of its increased proccessing, it might run the nds web browser faster?

    thats just my guess.

    but i dont think speeding up the DS would speed up how fast the internet connects. would it?

    As far as I can tell, the main reason why Opera is somewhat slow on the DS is because it has to take lots of CPU time to process the webpage into a version suitable for viewing on the DS. It can receive the page quick enough, but formatting it takes a while. If this is the case, then the idea has some merit, although I'm certainly not going to attempt to try it with my mediocre electronics experience.
