How to make 480x272 res videos for your 3.03 OE-B

I found this link for 3GP converter--it's freeware so...

and you can follow my tutorial...

First
create a new .ini file in the default_setting directory

eg mine was

Desktop\3GP_Converter034\3GP_Converter034\default_ setting

but make sure it gets into the default_setting directory

add these lines to the .ini file (from DAX's readme):

save the .ini as something like Transcoding_PSP-DAX-3.03_OE-B.ini

and then run the setup.exe and choose Transcoding_PSP-DAX-3.03_OE-B.ini

lauch the application and just drag and drop files and you're ready to go!

Couldn't you just use pspvideo9 with 480x272 resolution and AVC video selected?

I don't think the older versions of PSP video 9 support the full res, but I could be wrong. Later versions of PSP video 9 may do so.

Anyway, someone just posted the very same tutorial on the main page so... so much for this one...

So do I have to change Kernal to 1.5???? I tried the MP_ROOT way and nothing showed up..
