WinXp theam for 3.0X OE
Basic WinXP theam for 3.0X PSP icons and background converted by me. Zip includes topmenu_plugin.rco and background.jpg
// Install example for 3.03 OE-A
use X-Flash h or Deviant flash to flash topmenu_plugin.rco. Place topmenu_plugin.rco in
PSP/GAME150/__SCE__XFLASH\XFlash\Modified\
launch X-Flash and select the option to flash the menu. you can put the background.jpg in your photo folder and view it then set it as wallpaper. enjoy.
