Devhook help

I've been on 2.80 so long that i never paid attention to all that devhook news. Now that i've downgraded, i now don't know about all that. I wanna play gta but i don't have 2.00, so where can i download devhook that can make it so i can run 2.00? Also, dosn't devhook write to the flash so theres a chance of brick? thanks in advance.

Why dont you update to 3.03OE

Just upgrade to 3.03 OE-B, it's way better and easier to use than Dev Hook (especially the new version with the sig checks and all.) Here's where to download an already set up package of 3.03 OE-A:

what are the briking odds on upgrading to a custom firmware, i just went through all of that to get to 1.5 and now upgrade lol? and don't you mean 3.02 not 3.03?

No, there's a new custom 3.03 OEB firmware out from Dark AleX now (NOT FIRMWARE 3.02/3.03 FROM SONY).

ya these custom firm wears are the most awsom thing scince sliced bread! the have all the functions of the offical 3.03 but none of the draw backs, plus besides running all your favorite home brew you can also run ps1 games on them! im playing ff7 righgt now so im gone:P

ok so when i have devhook all set and and hit start, the screen goes black, but dosn't reboot. it just shuts of. and when i start it back up its back to 1.5. anyone know what im doing wrong?
