wallpaper on 3.03OE-B

I cant get wallpepers to stay on my psp.
i go to pictures open the picture i want press triangle and set as wallpaper, however when i reset or do sleep mode it goes back to normal as if the wallpaper was never set.

please help

Try going into settings and "Restore Default Settings" That might work...

try downgrade to 1.50 then upgrade to 3.03 oe-a then to 3.03 oe-b
the wallpapers on my 3.03 oe-b work fine dont know what the prob is

i done that and when i restart the psp the wall paper does not show up however the mode "USE" is still enabled.

It's a known issue try using some homebrew app for 1.5

EDIT: I think filer lets you set backgrounds but i dont remember
