Tutorial for RIPPING audio/video from your ps1 games

I was surfing the net last night and came across a tut for ripping audio and Videos out of your ps1 games. I tried this but had no luck ( could be i know nothing about doing this kinda thing I'm new to it ) maybe others can figure it out if you do PM me with the details heres the tut.
