Both of you, no. the maximums for each dimension are 520 for width (regardless of any other dimension), 120 for height (regardless of any other dimension) and 75kb.

Scottyboynow yours is 700 X 40
So neather are withing limits.
Now mine is exactly 520 X 120 and 23 kb

If i deleted and gave infractions for all the illegal sigs on here, we'd have no users.

Well for now ive taken out the text I had underneath my image. I'll change the pic to the correct size when I get the chance to go back on photoshop again.

If you read the rules you would know that users are allowed to have up to four lines of text along with their full sized image.
