I believe PSO is still online, but I'm not sure about any of the other online commercial games.
Homebrew multiplayer games?
Nope, not that I know of. AFAIK, no one has really figured out how to code the TCP/IP stack properly in homebrew software, and so it hasn't ever been implemented. It's been included in KOS (the operating system used to develop independent DC software) for a few years, now, but I don't know of anyone that's successfully implemented it.
