You shouldnt need to, you're courier should do the clearing for you, if its Royal Mail delivering then it could take as long as a week to get it to your door.

How long has it been now? ... generally my items from Japan or Korea take about a fortnight to arrive (if I dont choose expidited delivery), similar times for Australia.

Hopefully you wont have to wait much longer.

ordered it easter sat queried whether payment had gone through and recieved confirmation on the 30TH. Reply stated that order had been 'shipped' although the order status remained as 'recieved and to be processing' until the 2nd when it changed to shipped (well i noticed on 2ND i didn't look on the 1ST).
Airmail is quoted as taking 7-14 days.
knowing what i know now i would have selected a courrier.
