Default Can Custom XMB Icons work on 3.03 OE-B

I want to get custom icons on my psp
    i have 3.03 OE-B
im pretty sure that i cant work on 3.03
but i just want to check

if anyone has tried it and it worked please tell me how to do it.

Here are some of the icons i want

(I know that 3.02 can do it but i dont want to loose my PSX compressed games)

Also i was thinking that maybe DA could add this feature to his next version of 3.03 OE-C

    64×64 pixels
    8 bit color/256 colors
    thse are required

Use this: http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/1003 and follow the instructions. it says 3.02 but i have 3.03 OE-B and it worked fine. once you have created the topmenu_plugin.rco file, downlaod x-flash v18j, place the topmenu_plugin.rco in the modified folder inside x-flash. run x-flash on your psp

go to 14, and press <-- once, then press O to enter.

read the x-flash FAQ to find out how to do it, but i think it is Left shoulder, Right shoulder and X (i think) to flash the topmenu_plugin.rco from the modified dolder to your flash, exit the program once it is done, and ur new icons should be there

You need to make your own topmenu_plugin.rco using the topmenu generator.
Then get the latest X-Flash and put your new topmenu_plugin.rco in the Modified folder.
Load up X-Flash and go to option 14 and press left.
Press x on Open PSP System Information.
After X-Flash has done reading your PSP information, hold L and R and press x. Flash will check and flash your home-made topmenu_plugin.rco.
    Hope this helps.

    ATTENTION:

I have tried to change my icons on 3.03 OE-B and I confirm that doing this, you'll have languages with conflits...

Messages switching with other un-related text, etc...

English will work fine, but if you select, for instance, portuguese, then some titles will be switched by messages...

Don't forget that doing this you are using a 2.50 FW file. the newer firmware file is encrypted.
