Updated release from Xslayer91

Here is the latest version of PSRacer it has some new features
1. A tree
2. Says who won the race
3. You lose if you take off before the tree turns green
4. Gears (still needs some work)
5. Redid controls to make it a little bit easier to play

Controls
player1-right side of psp
Gas = Circle
Break = Square
Up shift = Triangle
Down shift = Cross


player2-left side of psp
Gas = Left
Break = Right
Up shift = Up
Down shift = down

Exit = Start
