Default 3.02 or 3.03 need lots of help

Here's what happened, I was recently playing trying to run a new psx game that I made, I don't know what I did but I messed up. Started up psp memory sticked blinked a few times, then psp shut down about 15 secs later. Started it up in recovery, and got it back down to 1.5. Tried a 1.5 game, worked. Felt better. I then tried to update to 3.03 again.... samething, black screen, psp turned off. Downgraded again, then I tried reseting the defaults, clearing memory stick, upgrading to 1.52, then 2.50, then 2.71, then downgrading from there back to 1.5 then updating to 3.02..... same thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have the keys.bin file. And is it like this

    PSP/GAME/SCUS957654/Eboot,Document.dat,keys.bin

The SCUS957654 folder name may vary

    ?
I can't even get into the 3.02 or 3.03 xmb, or even see the gameboot. Is there a way to like completely refresh your psp back to default. I figured upgrading to 2.71 then going back to 1.5 would help, but when I go back to 3.02 or 3.03 i still get the same errors. 3.02 was working for a few weeks and 3.03 for a few days.

Sounds like you have a bricked PSP. or the flashlight on the back os turned down. You will need to launch recovery

So my psp is bricked even though I can get it back to 1.5 or 2.71? I don't think its bricked, and I have launched recovery, thats how I am able to get it back to 1.5 everytime after trying to get it to 3.02. I've done this like 5 times now. 1.5 works fine but I wanna get back to psx emulation, and I don't understand why I can't get 3.02 to do anything besides shut my system off after 10 secs of turnin it on.
