I have 3.03 OE-B installed. How do i watch a AVI MPEG file? where do I put it? and what do I do to watch it?

it is best to convert the video with a converter like action replay or psp9 or max midea

what about using PSP video 9 to transcode it?or perhaps some other conversion software that is posted on here regularly?
