An interesting piece of software, possible application on the DS???

Firstly, I apologise if anyone has already linked this software.

If nobody has encountered this software before, I believe it may have decent enough potential and applicatin on the DS as part of a writing package/tool.

From what I read, Dasher is just a typing client thingy. Why not just put an on screen keyboard, as that would be easier than implementing a whole new application. But i could be wrong, I am not a coder, and I didn't read all of the page, but it did look pretty cool, as it would be impossible to get 29 words a minute with the on screen keyboard. Would be pretty cool for applications like Beup or DSAIM.
