Can anyone help me? I clicked Run program as /PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP and it says cannot find UPDATE.PBP, but it's in the folder. I just bricked my psp and I need to clear this up...

Correct me if im wrong?
I currently have 3.10OE-a, i want custom xml icons and stuff..
I want 3.03OE-c (that is the new 3.03OE isnt it?)
So i can downgrade to 1.5 like this, and go back up to 3.03OE-c (or A, i dont know)
Is it safe to do that?
