2. Use same Game Region Code as FF8 Disk 1
3. Convert using exact same settings and customizations as in Disk 1

I think FF8 work fine on 3.02 OE-B, but the question is if it work perfectly on 3.03 OE?
If FF8 and FF9 have bugs in the 3.03 OE firmware, I won't update.
