2.71 downgrader help

Hey guys I'm living proof that it is OK to buy from ebay. I just received (3) 2.71 none TA psp today from an ebay seller. I assume he just sales and those not know whats what. I got this 3 psp's for some of my friends and i want to downgrade them to 1.50 or to 3.03 OE-B i just need the right program and tutorial. Since i have never worked with a 2.71 before. They aren't TA motherboards so i assume it should be easier. I got this PSP for 60 usd a peace 180 total. and i also need new face plates any ideas where i can get the face plates that are just one peace not the ones that have the mirrored glued on but one complete peace. Any help i will appreciated.

The Dark Alex 2.71 Generic Downgrader is dead easy to use.

Use HEN-D then upgrade to 3.03OE-B

This says to downgrade a 2.71 HEN-C psp what does that mean the psp's i got are 2.71

HEN-D is something that enables homebrew through the XMB on 2.71, using the TIFF exploit.
