Does Hugo for Gamecube play both TG-16 and TG-CD roms or just TG-16 only?

Hello. For Hu-Go! GC Version 2.12 [Gamecube 0.0.1x], I know that this will play regular TG-16 roms, but does it also play TG-CD rom files also? I ask because I don't want to spend hours downloading a 65mb rom file that I won't be able to play.

Basically, I know that i can play stuff like Splatterhouse, Ninja Spirit, Bonk's Adventure, etc.

But can I play something like Rondo of Blood or R-Type Complete?
