Mouse + keyboard by far is the best.
After not playing many console FPSs, I was horrible at Halo 2 because I'm used to my PC nowadays.

I think the wii would be the one for me, but I never tried a shooter, so I will say the mouse and the keyboard.

The worst for me is two analogs, I HATE IT!

Come on, that's a no-brainer. Anyone with a mouse and keyboard could put a major beatdown on anyone using a non-mouse-and-keyboard setup of any sort. I can dominate on PS2 FPS online games because I'm not constantly getting instant-killed by headshot marksmen that are only found on the PC.

I favor the touch screen method for MPH. I like the dual analog controls for games too. I've never tried the mouse and keyboard way since my comp doesn't have much power to run really powerful games.

Mouse, and Keyboard as the First Option.
D-Pad, and Analog Stick(s), as a close Second.
