i always try to print this damn thing out, but its always bigger than what i want it to be

i used a template form the ps forums but whenever i print disaster strickes, the playgear skin is always damn bigg than the original one And they call it a template!

could some one PLEASE tell me if this is the right size for the psp logitech skin, and if its could you supply me with a real template that all you gotta do it put your picture on it and go

it looks so awsome and is a waste of my time if i cant get it to work
