Yeah, you can use IRShell to wirelessly transfer files. Although IRShell has to be present on both, the host and guest.

You can also try that new program, Wifile transfer, I never tried it yet.

hmm wifile transfer doesnt work between 2 psps
its just for accessing your psp via pc through wifi

irshell is the only programm i know that allowes psp 2 psp file transfer

Works fine on 3.03oe-b for me, so I believe that would include all the other OE firmwares.
