There is no downgrader yet, but if there was, the answer would be no. You need to have GTA:LCS to make this work, and that means starting the game, loading a saved game, etc.

You're up $#@!'s creek; and if you have 3.03, you had better get it repaired now before another update comes, since Sony's repair policy is "Upgrade the Firmware after Repairs."

Or just buy another PSP.

I bought a good copy of GTA:LCS. It's just sitting around collecting dust if anyone wants it. I am not giving it away of course but would be willing to do a trade. I have a Wii and obviously a PSP. Just send me a message if your interested.

hmm, i found a cheap umd reader on ebay, i'll just replace it myself
