SNES-Megadrive with v2.60

Hi

Could somone tell me the best SNES & Megadrive emulator to use with firmware v.260 also the best eloader to use with GTA umd.

me neither but looking at some videos did the job here are some for example

2.8 to 2.71 downgrader TA-082 motherboard

Not scary in the slightest, as the latest 2.80 downgrader goes straight to 1.5, even from TA-082.
