Default acn010 needs help, partially bricked Psp

I am posting this on behalf of acn010.....

Ok, now im scared. I tried to upgrade my Psp from 3.03 OE-B to OE-C, since i was so excited i accidentally put the 3.02 dxar and launched the application. And now my Psp wont start.... The screen is pitched blak and the led light just blinks and..........
And restart the same thing all over again.... The pink thing is still working but everything says 3.02, basically its a partial bricked... Im scared and what do i need to fix it..... Please this is urgent. Thanks to benh for helping post this since
I lost internet connection for this week..... And ill wait for the help thanks in advance.....

Well, I flashed a wrong icon set and messed my PSP up, anyway while in coldboot hold R then you will get to the recovery menu hopefully, use therecovery pack from here: http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=49967 , then put it in the recovery folder on the PSP/Game directory on the memory stick, get a 1.50 update and rename it UPDATE.PBP then put it in the recovery folder on your PSP, then click Run Program At PSP/Game/Recovery/Eboot.PBP, you should be ok then.
Edit (1 hour later) : Did it work.
