It isn't a brick. Take your battery out, put it back in and hold down the R button when turning it back on.

All you've been doing when turning it off and on is taking it in and out of standby...

It definently wasn't the deletion of jpn0 as I have done that ( dummy jpn0 with itn0) and my psp has worked fine, while I freed up 1.5 Megabytes on my flash0. I believe though that deleting the plugin was the bullet that did your psp in. OF course your memorystick may have gotten corrupted somewhere in the process, and that could be the source of your problems. Try using someone elses PSP and test your Memorystick to make sure it still works before you try the whole walmart trick. I only say that because chances are if the guy deleted a PLUGIN, he will most likely make a stupid mistake returning the psp like using a Credit Card somewhere in the process. I'm not hatin', just being truthful and I don't want to hear that he has a bricked psp AND is in-jail/beingsued/banned-from-walmart.

Did Recovery work before his happened. Try doing anything and everything different e.g A.C adapter.

Get hold of someone elses mem stick with recovery on it. To make sure its done correctly i advise using the installer, try booting recovery from there
