when you go to 3.03 OE, you have a recovery menu, in that recovery menu you have an option to make the film play no matter where you buy it from. wether its from UK or South america or Asia, it will be able to play with the region spoof option enabled

im talking about the custom firmware (3.03 "OE")
what you do is downgrade it to 1.5, then go to 3.03 oe from there. i could help you do that wen u buy the psp, i am going to get a new one as well... i hope
