3.03v downgrader & HEN for v3.03 Released - Newest PSP Firmware Downgradeable

When you extract the contents of the zipped package, find the PSP folder. Then copy that to the root of your memory stick. Windows will ask you to confirm that you want to replace the existing PSP folder on the memory stick with the one you are copying from that's on your computer so click yes. After the copying is done, all the files and folders from the copied PSP should appear on the memory stick.

i no this sounds stupid but i have a 2.81 psp and dont no how do i update it to .3.03 so can then run homebrew?

4) Load Grand Theft Auto: LIBERTY City Stories, It has to be an early version (with a 2.0 update on it). If you bought it yesterday fat chance, but if you got it near release date you should be good.
5) Load GTA and the screen will flash blue and turn off, if not try again. When I did this I had less then 75% battery =P, I would wait till 75% and plug it into the wall.
6) Turn on the psp and check the system softwear. It should say 3.03 HEN. If it does go to step 7 if not go back to 5
7) OK now enter your memory stick as if you going to run homebrew and scroll down to find Update X.yz or something like that (red icon) and run it.
8) Your now 1.5! Now you can stay 1.5 or upgrade to 3.03 oe C.

ok, heres the weird thing tha happened to me today.i had 3.03 OE-A,i upgraded it to OE-c,when i thyed to install the VSH Rebooter PRX vrsion 2,with installer,i gess i mesed up somewere,so,i et all depressed thinkin i have to go get another on,and pay the 20-30 bucks,so i start messin around with the flash 1 files,then i remembered that my friend sent me a copy of his 1.5 dump a while ago,so that gave me the idea,delete the ones i got,and copy/paste 1.5 in,and gess what,it worked,lol.
