Although I must say, this is a gift and a cusre, Homebrew for all, but also a bunch of ppl are gon get illegal games and stop buying , which will very likely result in the loss of support by the PSP from all game makers. is this dowgrader for the firmware 3.03? how do you do it? do u need to hava a GTA: LCS game?

The readme document supplied with the downgrader will tell you how to do it and yes you need an orginal GTA:LCS game sold before June 2006 whitch are unpatched; they have the 2.00 update data on them.

Wow. I am very fortunate to have a copy of the original Liberty City Stories. I could theoretically just walk around and downgrade PSP's! That's very nice.
