3.03v downgrader & HEN for v3.03 Released - Newest PSP Firmware Downgradeable

OH SWEET DEAR JESUS, HOLY CRAP! I can't wait to tell my friend! He's been wanting a 1.5 PSP for the longest time, but has been too lazy to buy one, but now he can downgrade!
I remember he had a 2.60 PSP, and I offered to let him borrow Grand Theft Auto to downgrade, and he was like "Nah!" and then went home and upgraded, then felt stupid when he saw me playing homebrew and crap on my PSP.

I decided to try it out. I successfully made it to the final step that says "Load the included NetConfigBackup" but when I try to start it I get the old cannot be started error. Anyone else get that? How important is this final step?

I'll try to seipsptool or kxploit it to see if I can get it to run.

Other than that, it was pretty easy. I did have to copy over my files though becuase gtalcs wouldn't load hen at first.

Nope I still can't get it to load so now what should I do, I'm afraid to use it.
This is what the readme says "try adding a temporary network config, then deleting it and run the netconf backup". I guess I should figure that out and try it lol. Unfortunatley I have no idea what it means.

Ok I did what it said, made a new connection then deleted it. Still the NetConfigBackup won't load. Any ideas, this is getting a bit frustrating.

ok, after ejecting the battery and the power cabel and reinsert the power cabel, i started it again. Now, it loads 50%, stopped, shows 1 sec. a white screen and then a black. after some sec. my psp powered of. I think you can downgrad from 2.81 till 3.00 but not from 3.03 (the Goofy exploit won't work and i have the correct GTA-LCS because the goofy exploit worked on fw2.81)
If somebody had downgrade a 3.03 please tell me how, please.
