Errr set ur pc clock to eastren and it says 1 hour ahead of mountian time...

Mountain timezone is always behind an hour to central, central is always behind an hour to eastern.

If it is 8am in the central timezone, it is illegal for a company in that timezone to call a person in the pacific timezone because the time there is 2 hours behind central time, or 6 am. Same principle applies to eastern and mountain timezones as well.
