Barnes & Noble’s Nook HD and Nook HD+ tablets are now available in the UK from a number of retailers, including John Lewis, Argos and Dixons.
If you’ve already pre-ordered a Nook HD or Nook HD+, Barnes & Noble say the devices will ‘arrive throughout the week’.
Those who haven’t pre-ordered can now get a 7-inch 8GB Nook HD for £159, and a 16GB version for £189.
The Nook HD+ is the ‘lightest full HD 9-inch tablet ever invented’, according to Barnes & Noble, and it will set you back £229 for the 16GB model and £269 for 32GB of space.
These new Android tablets from Barnes & Noble come to the UK just three weeks after the company’s Nook Simple Touch Glowlight e-reader made its way across the pond to take on Amazon's Kindle range.
