So, if I have this games EBOOT how am I supposed to use it to play other PS1 games on my PSP?

dont need that file any more get icetea it dosent use copyrighted code. icetea. 3.03 OE-C is required to play these EBOOTS

this is a very easy program and as long as you have the ps1 ISOs or Eboots of the game you want to play it will automatically convert it and the psp will think it is that game, not Hot Shots Golf 2.

ok, I need help.
I just put Silent Hill on my computer and I used a Popstation GUI to convert it to EBOOT and the KEYS.bin files, I put it in PSP/GAME/Silent Hill folder but it won't work, what do I do? Also, I don't have the Hot Shots 2 files, can I still play SH without them? and how?
