Help a noob with 3.03 oe-c

Hi i just got 3.03 0E-C yesterday thx to the downgrader .Well i just want to know how to make gpsp work since im missing a image something.Also want to know how to play ps1 games on it.Also what good emulators are there thx for the help

You need the GBA_BIOS.BIN file, which is illegal to download.

I'm sure I'll get an infraction, but for PS1 games, I'd recommend downloading them from bittorrent.

Once you have one, put it in the PSP/GAME folder, and run it from the XMB.

We can't do that man. That would be against the rules. Generally conducting such behavior in private is a good idea; if you catch my drift. Then again, it may be a little difficult to understand my message.
