Can someone help me with my xmb icons?

Alright anyhelp would be much appreciated, alright here is what im try to do, i was trying to create a set of matching subicons from a set of plain white icons to the gold faded ones below



on the left is what i created, on the right is the set i was trying to change

all i want done is someone do a better job with the subicons than i did
