Currently 1.5, need 3.03 info please

Been out of the scene since downgrading to 1.5

I'm now interested in playing PS1 games and am going to upgrade to 3.03. A few questions:

Is 3.03 OE-C the one to go for?

Which PS1 emu is the best?

Anything else i should know about 3.03 OE-C capabilities?

1: 3.03 OE-C is the best to go to right now.
2: Probaby the built-in PS1 emulator in 3.03 OE-C.
3: 3.03 OE-C supports 1.00 and 1.50 formatted homebrew and also has a recovery menu in case you might land up with a semi-brick. You can ajust settings in there such as CPU speed, X and O button assignment and others.

Don't update to official 3.03, go to 3.03 OE-C - it's simply the best custom firmware right now.
