The Mario Advance series wouldve made the list if they didnt add in those extremely annoying voice-overs whenever you get a mushroom or die.

Sonic Advance (I wish I could say Sonic Genesis, but its such a horrible port)
The Classic NES Series
Metal Slug Advance
Pokemon Fire Red/Leaf Green
Howard Dean Adventures

The GBA was a great little machine.

My faves were:

Advance Wars
Mario Kart Super Circuit
Mario Tennis
Mario Golf
Elite ANK (homebrew)

and many of the SNES games that were ported.
