Default Playing Flash videos on iPod?

What would you all recommend I do to play Flash videos on my iPod? I would imagine that I need to convert them to MP4... any recommended programs for this?

    Thanks...

Dude, that works great for YouTube videos! Thanks! Haven't tried it yet with a flash video; however, I would also like to find out a way to convert a flash file that I have saved to my desktop from the internet... a bunch of Happy Tree Friends episodes.

By the way, do you (or anyone else) know if it is possible to create separate folders on my iPod for Flash videos, YouTube Videos, Family Videos, etc? I would rather not have them all under TV or Movies...

Also, I marked several of my music video files as "Music Video" in iTunes, and now I cannot find them listed anywhere, and thus cannot throw them onto my iPod. Where did they go? Why do they have to make iTunes so un-intuitive?
