(DS-Xtreme) Pokemon Ranger Help!

I've realized through experience and the DS-X compatability list that Pokemon Ranger's saves get corrupted after going on to another app. My question is: is there any patch of other method of fixing this? Someone help please I'm dying to play!

EDIT: Just found this on compat. list:

Normal gamesave works with 1.1.0. BUT when you use the game quicksave, the save gets corrupted.

The only thing is, this isn't true. Once again, anyway to fix?
