Do I need 1.5 for this open firmware or is 2.81 or 3.1 capable of running this open firmware too ?

cokemusic: you need to be in 1.5 to upgrade into a custom made firmware that has 1.5 subsets

now that we got a new firmware a new compatibility list need to be started or when u submitt a game just put fully compatible under so and so custom firmware!!!
