Fixed it just installed recovery folder from 3.03 OE-A
and went to 1.5 going back up to 3.10 OE-A now Wish me luck

I think im going to wait a few days to see what homebrew and stuff get developed for this then I may up to it

EDIT: I just seen where Sniper post no custom XMB well i made my mind up. Lol I"m staying 3.03 OE.

writing 3.10... 100%
Disabling plugins... done.
Done. Press x to shutdown the psp. Restart manually.
