    I have X-Flash but it doesn't work in 3.03 OE-C...
    my question is..

    1. How do I make my own Name Plate and flash the psp to use it

    2. and how to remove the two genders (SCEA when you turn on the PSP and "PSP" when you initiate a game)

You will need to wait for a X-flash to be created that is compatible with the latest custom firmwares

if by the SCEA, you mean when you first turn on the psp and it shows Sony Computer Entertainment, then you can boot into recovery (hold 'r' when you turn it on) and search through there for the SCEA disabler, and activate that...

and whats a custom nameplate you are talkin about?

go to the psp's system settings then "About PSP" first thing that comes out is the name plate, in otherwords a custom image
