First off, sorry if this is in the wrong place, and I guess its a very asked question, but after 4 and a half hours of googling, I am still baffled.

I have riped a certain game from a legaly copy I have owned for years, that was all fine.

So, I have used IceTea converter to change the iso to a eboot, I stick it in the folder PSP/GAME/***. I start it up and it starts up, loads the PS1 splash screen, and then goes blank. I can still hit home and return the the main psp screen. I have tried so many converters and still no luck and tried PAL->NTSC conversions. I checked that the game is in the compatable list but I really am baffled. Any help is welcome, and if this is against the TOU of the forums I do appologies. Thanks.
