Copy it to your card, put your Genesis games on your card, launch the .nds file and select the game to play.

Also try jEnesisDS instead.

For most games jEnesisDS is better.

As long as you get the latest DLDI-capable version and either manually patch it or let your device auto-patch with DLDI, that's as simple as it is.
