PSP Advice - Problem Please

I have upgraded from 1.5 to 3.03 OE-A. Everytime I turn the psp on it goes into recovery mode. When i try and exit it just goes black and then back into recovery mode. Now this is the interesting bit, I have put the recovery file in game folder in root and try and run the downrgade to 1.5, it then throws me back into the psp and I can play a game, i have also checked in system settings that my firmware is now 3.03 OE-A. I have re-formatted my mem card.

Can any one kindly tell me how i get round this so when i turn it on it just boots up normally. do i need a file or folder in the root?

no its not stuck, you can press it and depress it. thanks anyway

instead of recovering to 1.5 can't you recover back to 3.03OE-A i think ive done this before with the update folder from oepmaker or flasher dont remember and the dxar from 3.03oe-a

try that instead of going back to 1.5 hope that works
