Psp eboot file with no keys.bin file problem

I have downloaded a few eboot games that have just come with the eboot file and no keys file. I am running 3.10OE-A firmware and have tried the eboot file (in a folder named simpsons wrestling) in the GAME folder, GAME150 folder and the GAME310 folder, but cant get it to load from any of them. I can see the game listed on the xmb and it tries to load but wont. Can anyone advise me cos this is REALLY, REALLY FRUSTRATING!! lol. Thanks peeps.
