You have to restore the system settings, to do that go to systemsettings/restore systemsettings
Hi. I'm getting this error when I try accessing the internet browser:
"Setting information is corrupted. Press the O button to repair and restore default settings"
I tried pressing O, but nothing happened, so I rebooted. I haven't lost anything, but I can't use the internet.
Should I go to System Settings and restore default settings from there? What would I lose?
You have to restore the system settings, to do that go to systemsettings/restore systemsettings
I know that. But what do I lose exactly when doing so? Do I lose anything on my memory stick?
no, it just resets all the registry settings. date, time, time zone...all the preferences/options that you can set.
If you are still worried, just take your memory card out while you do the reset. It's honestly nothing to worry about.
You'll lose your network settings, your PSP nickname and ... that's about it. Nothing on your memory stick will be touched.
I had the same thing, and resetting to defaults worked.
