NDS Scribble this down: fresh Death Note trailer

    via dsfanboy

A new trailer for Death Note has hit You Tube, furthering our excitement for this odd game. Well, perhaps the game isn't so odd, it's the source material. See, it all revolves around Light Yagami, who finds a notebook imbued with the power of death. By writing names into the notebook, those people find themselves dead soon after. Of course, he decides to use the notebook for good to rid the world of criminals, however the police are hot on his trail and suspect he is a serial killer. Good stuff, if you ask us.

I hope they bring it over to the US as well. I'd import, but I've heard the game relies heavily on writing names (obviously, given the manga's/anime's subject matter) and I know absolutely no Japanese whatsoever.

sounds like a cool story for a game, once upon a time I'd have said that will NEVER EVER make it out of Japan, but things like phoenix wright, hotel dusk etc actually being translated and actually selling copies mean it's actually quite likely we'll see it at some point.

Point and click/text adventures, who'd have thought they'd have come back in fashion Time for a new Broken Sword or Discworld game if you ask me...
